Hi Discover Ukraine. I want to ask if you make reservations of apartments for June 2012? I am planning to visit Donetsk and Kharkov during the euro 2012 football cup. I used your services last summer, it was great. This time, I am coming with a friend. We need some accommodation in these cities. Also, is it possible to have a guide for one day in each city? I'll write you additionally to say on which days. Thanks, have a great day! Alessandro

Hello, thank you for the good services. I think you are the only site to provide tourists visiting Ukraine with all they need. We are a group from Europe; we have reserved accommodation via this site to visit cities of Euro 2012. We also have a question - where can we have legal support if we need it in Ukraine? Against robbery or other situations - on the roads, in th streets, everywhere. We would like to have insurance. Can you provide it or tell us where we can buy it? Thanks, Max.

Great services, Irina! Thank you very much! The newspaper ad worked well for me - I have been receiving emails now and then. I am planning my visit to Ukraine for the Christmas time - can you tell me if this is a good idea? Will people be able to share their time with me during the holiday season? Also, where can I spend evenings and the New Year night if I come to Ukraine at Christmas time? Can you make any reservations for me beforehand? - DU Network's response: Hello Jack, thank you for your good words! We are always glad to assist our guests! We have sent a detailed answer to your email address. There are list of places to go to around holiday time, with prices and work hours in the email. There is also a list of local clubs which have already announced their New-Year-night's programs. Please, select what you like the best and we'll make the reservation for you. With best regards, DU Network.

I have just returned from a week-long trip to Ukraine, where I visited Kyiv and Kharkov. I was surprised to see the changes that have happened since my previous trip in 2008. Central Kharkov looks very clean. I loved meeting people and making friends - people are very friendly and open in Ukraine. The services were very good, and I was surprised with the quality of the apartments which I rented - absolutely great for the cost that I paid for my stay.

I spent two weeks in Ukraine last month. I want to thank DU workers and first of all Irina Timchenko for excellent services and friendly attention that they have been giving me all this time. Staying connected with DU's phone assistant was very helpful. I did not need to hire guides or interpreters each time when I needed to go out of my apartment. I also felt very safe all the time, because with this service I was only a phonecall away from good people who'd always help me, in any situation. My trip was smooth and safe, and it was largely due to Irina's effort. I recommend this company to everybody who's planning to visit Ukraine.

My interpeter in Odessa was very curtious and helpful. Aurthor did everything humanly possible to make my stay enjoyable and pleasent. The food was excellent and learning about the history and culture was the most important part for me! I would highly recommend Irina and DU to anyone planning a trip to visit Ukraine. I retutrned from Ukraine a week ago. It was my first trip and I am planning to make my next visit in early spring. I traveled on business but I made many friends who I would like to visit again. I was amazed to see how friendly people are there and how easily they socialize with each other. Everyone seems ready to devote their time to you.

Well, there are many issues Ukrainian government needs to deal with, and urgently. But ordinary people seem to have their own life which is independent from any processes taking place in Kiev. Life of smaller cities is slow, and I had a feeling that I got into some 19-century lifestyle.

I was very suprrised and imppressed to see how mature are some kids. It's not unusual to see children aged 7 or 8 walk about the streets with no support of grownups. I lived near a school, and I could watch them run to school from all directions each morning.

Well, there are really many things in Ukrainian lifestyle that amazed me. I am certainly going back again soon.

I find information on this site very useful, thank you. Please, can you write more articles about night life places in big cities of the Ukraine? I asked Discover Ukraine to help me to find information about some people and they helped me very well. I am very thankful for it. Now I want to come to Ukraine for vacation. I will contact you for service again. Thank you. Wang.

Hey, DU! Thanks for your support. Alina was a great guide in Chernivtsy and Sveta was really an awesome guide and a pesron to be with in Ivano-Frankivsk. Next time, I am planning to go to Crimea and take a backpack trip into the mountains. They say mountains are not high, but very picturesque. I looked through the picture albums of Crimea on this site and I really want to take some pictures myself now. Tell me what are the most beautiful places to visit in the mountains, please. And I want to learn more about Crimea. Write back to me with a sketch of a tour plan, will you? Thanks again. Talk to you soon. Sean

Dear Discover Ukraine, I am very grateful to your team leader Irina for providing me with very useful advice and assistance before my travel to Ukraine and  then in Ukraine. Without her support, I would not get the results that I was lucky to achieve in the end of my trip. I made very important connections, started new friendships, saw a lot of the country and now I am beginning to understand Ukrainian culture. This is very helpful, as I am planning to  return to Ukraine very soon.  I liked Ukraine before my trip, but now I have fallen in love with your country. There is a part of your effort in it. Thank you, and I'll see you again soon!
