Designing Your Trip Itinerary

The trip itinerary designed specifically for you by our workers, will become your road map to make your visit complete and enjoyable.

When you contact Discover Ukraine, one of our local, Ukrainian team members will work with you directly so that we meet all your requirements, preferences and likes. Whether you only need a few specific services to support an independent excursion or wish to create a complete tour for yourself or your group, we will help you design the exact package to respond to your needs.

Based on your input, an exciting preliminary trip itinerary will be developed for your review. It will include important features, such as:

• suggested regions of Ukraine, cities, and special sites to visit;
• the daily plan of sightseeing and meetings in each city (area);
• the options of most convenient transportation between and within cities with preliminary costs;
• the most convenient and inexpensive lodging options with addresses, owners' contact information and costs;
• suggestions about places to eat, entertainment and sightseeing places;
• any additional information, to respond to your particular interests and needs;
• contact information of a Ukrainian Guide/Assistant, who will be in charge of your pre-tour arrangements.

The itinerary design will take us about 1-3 days, depending on the character of your request. Then, we'll send the itinerary to you for revision, and you can make any suggestions for changes, which we will adjust to the plan. The cost of our workers' time at this step is $50.
