Excursions are also available in French, English and Polish.The memorial house-museum of S.P. Korolyov and the space machinery pavilion are also a part of the museum. The display of the museum includes over 2 thousand of the displays. According to the memoirs of Korolyov`s mother – Maria Ivanivna Balanyina the atmosphere of the childhood and youth of this extraordinary scientist was recreated in the house: chairs, a writing desk, a shelf of his favourite books, a sideboard, the cradle of little Serhiy, dishes, rare photos, family relics.
The displays of the museum tell the story of life and scientific work of S. P. Korolyov under whose supervision in 1933 the first Soviet rocket and later a 212 and rocket glinder “РП-318” were created.
A separate display is “S.P. Korolyov and Y. A. Gagarin”. Besides the world-famous photographs there is the original case record of the achievements of the first space flight of Yuri Olexiyovych Gagarin in the spaceship-sputnik “Vostok” on the 12-th of April 1961, the model of the first artificial sputnik, a space laboratory “Electron-1” and articles, letters and books.
