Beginning of May has always been a very busy time for transport workers in Ukraine because of a number of holidays. Traditionally, thousands of Ukrainians used to travel about the country at this time.
The main national railroad company of Ukraine, Ukrzaliznytsya, has announced about its decision to introduces a dozen of extra train in view of high demand for tickets for certain directions in May. Moreover, it was announced that by summer there will be opened a lot of additional ticket offices in different districts of big cities of Ukraine. Besides that, for the convenience of passengers there will be installed more plasma screens at railroad stations across the country.
