3D Panorama of Lviv
“Schodennuy Lviv” portal has represented the first internet project of panoramic photography “Virtual Lviv”. The “Virtual Lviv” project is dedicated to display images of the city with wide fields of view. It is much easier to get the full idea of the city with the help of panoramic photography. On the computer screen the panoramic 3D image can convey a sweeping image of a scene up to 360 degrees around.
This project will be of interest both to the visitors and citizens. Panoramic photography gives much more understanding about the city then the ordinary photo. The guests of the city will have a possibility to see the full representation of the Lviv’s sights such as Panorama of Lviv from the High Castle, Panorama of the interior of the Roman Catholic Church, Panorama of the central square near the Shevchenko Monument, Panorama of the square in front of the town hall, Panorama of the Shevchenko avenue, etc.
