Our team members will respond right away or provide you with a website URL or contacts of a company where you can obtain the requested information.
If your question cannot be answered immediately and requires some of our time to do some search (for example, local transportation timetables and routes, costs and availability of planes, trains or buses etc.), then you will be asked to make payment of $10 by credit card or by PayPal right after your phone talk with our worker, and he/she will call you back within a few hours to provide the requested information.
If the search requires more than one hour of our workers' time, we will email you the anticipated time estimation and resulting cost of the service additionally. We will need to receive a payment confirmation from you before we start working with your request.
