Services and Costs For Group Travelers

To develop a really exciting Tour Program for your group, we suggest a 2-step process:

Step 1. Designing preliminary itinerary for your group tour
We can develop a tour package for your group, based on your particular needs. The preliminary tour itinerary will include a daily plan of your group's transportation, lodging, suggestions of places to eat in each city, and timetable of visits/sightseeing. Then, the preliminary itinerary will be given to your group coordinator for revision. The itinerary will contain all the necessary information (names of hotels, numbers of flights and routes of trains/buses with departure/arival times, as well as names of suggested places of sightseeing, etc), which will give your group a detailed outline of your coming tour plan.

The document will also contain preliminary outline of costs of all the services. Based on this information, a preliminary cost of the tour will be calculated and suggested for your revision. At this stage, no reservations or booking will be made yet - only a detailed outline of your trip.

After receiving the itinerary, your group coordinator can discuss it with the group. Based on the discussion, you may suggest us to make any changes or accomplishments, which we will carry out and add to the document.

The cost of designing the preliminary group tour itinerary is $100. 

Step 2.  Making arrangements and reservations for each item of the itinerary
During this stage, all the reservations and booking will be made after you have confirmed the preliminary itinerary. At this stage, you will need to make payment to cover all reservations, advance payments and bookings for the tour, according to the confirmed tour itinerary document.

Our workers' efforts and time of making the arrangements, contacts and reservations at this stage will cost-
- for groups of less than 10 people: $100
- for groups of 10 - 14 people: $200
- for groups of 15 people and more: $300

To hire a full-time interpreter-guide who will travel with your group: $120 per day, plus covering his/her travel related expenses.

All details of the program and reservations will be negotiated prior to the trip, not later than 2 weeks before the group arrives to Ukraine. Each tourist in your group will have the trip itinerary by that time, and will be able to ask us any questions or make additional requests, directly or via the group coordinator.

Note: All trip arrangements should be made at least two weeks before the group arrives to Ukraine. Any last-minute arrangements or changes made less than 2 weeks before the beginning of the tour will cause additional complications to your guides work and will be charged at a double price.

The communication with your group representative can be done by email or by phone. Our company has a convenient voice enabled chatroom, which can also be used as an effective means of communication between our team and your group coordinator.
